“TAKING THE CHILD OUT OF STRESS AND INTO A RELAXED STATE CREATES THE OPTIMUM CONDITION AND POSSIBILITY FOR POSITIVE CHANGE.”

— SPECIAL YOGA

Frankie is a SEN parent and a senior yoga teacher, specialising in Special Yoga for children and young adults with special needs. She mentors on the Special Yoga Teacher Training Course for Autism. Her journey with Special Yoga, began after her daughter’s diagnosis of global delay and Autism. The intention behind her work is to meet the child exactly as they are. The sessions are not about how many yoga poses might or might not be achieved, but rather around how settled and relaxed the child feels during and after the session.
