Recharge your body and calm your mind with this revitalising lunchtime yoga session. Designed for all levels, this class offers a balanced blend of movement and stillness, allowing you to reset and refocus for the rest of your day.

Rooted in the principles of Hatha yoga, this session integrates mindful movement, gentle strengthening, and flowing sequences to enhance flexibility, build resilience, and release tension. Guided breathwork supports relaxation and balance, helping you cultivate a sense of clarity and ease.

Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this session provides a refreshing pause to restore energy and focus, leaving you feeling centred and recharged.


RESTORATIVE & MEDITATIVE

CANDLELIT YIN YOGA | THURSDAYS 6.30PM (60 MINS) | @ THE GARAGE STUDIO, SHEEN LANE, SW14

This class is a great antidote to the yang of fast-paced lives. The focus is to slow down, unwind, de-stress, allowing you to find stillness and melt away tension in body and mind.

Yin is a stilling, nourishing yogic practice that uses yoga props to support the body while the muscles relax. The majority of the postures are on the floor and mainly target the hips, torso and thighs. The idea is to stress and stretch the deeper, denser, connective tissues, fascia, tendons, ligaments and joint capsules.

The practice ends with a guided relaxation leaving you feeling replenished, calmer and deeply rested, this yoga is as a balm for the soul. Making time and space just for YOU!


YOGA FOR DEEP REST

RESTORATIVE & YOGA NIDRA | FRIDAYS 12PM TO 1PM | @ Ticho wellness, Barnes

The focus is to slow down, unwind, de-stress, soothing the nervous system and melting away tension in body and mind. There are only a handful of poses completed in the class which are held for extended periods of time to aid deep relaxation. All the poses are passive stretches supported with yoga props.

The class concludes with a Yoga Nidra – a Yogic sleep a simple guided meditation that unwinds the nervous system and induces complete physical and mental relaxation with inner awareness.
