YOGA & MINDFULNESS FOR TEEN GIRLS - 12 to 16 years
Thursdays 5.30pm - 6.30pm | @ The Garage Studio, 55 Sheen Lane, SW14 8AB
Teen yoga for girls is a great way for 12+ to disconnect from technology, to unwind and relax in a safe space and connect with themselves. The sessions have been designed specifically to help teenage girls deal with the demands and challenges of a busy mind, changing body and the stresses they experience in secondary school.
We explore breathwork, meditation, journaling and a combination of fun flowing sequences and partner work. Every session ends with restorative postures for deep relaxation. There are no requirements, you don’t have to be sporty or be able to touch your toes to try yoga.
